Reopening of Registration Offices

Email addresses for each registration office are provided for queries and the arranging of appointments.  Individuals wishing to register or renew should contact the Immigration Officer on the email address provided prior to attending at a Garda Station as individuals without an appointment will not be seen. 

• Upon receipt of an appointment, please carefully read the detailed information provided.
• Please DO NOT ATTEND for your appointment if you feel unwell or are displaying any symptoms of COVID-19.
• Please be prepared to adhere to all social distancing and hygiene etiquette protocols in place during the course of your visit and to follow the directions of the Immigration Officer.
• Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. To ensure social distancing protocols are adhered to, please do not arrive any earlier.  
• Please do not bring anybody else with you, other than those required for your registration.  
• Children (if not required for the purpose of your registration) should not be brought to your appointment.
• All fees for registration is payable by Credit/Debit card ONLY.
• Your IRP / Residence Permit also commonly known as a GNIB card will be posted to your address and you will not be required to make an appointment to collect same.
• You must wear a face mask to your appointment.
• Persons entering Ireland from other Jurisdictions must ensure they comply with HSE guidelines.
